同時昨日很開心因我參加了公司辦的煮食班，大家也很投入去聽、寫及煮…在忙碌中偷偷懶哈哈…祝願各位B/S在新的一年靈命長進…為神作光作鹽…身體健健康康…總知開開心心…主動關心…火熱精神…合皮扭耳Yeah!

Hi Hi Every B/S...After 4 running courses, I was quite disappointed for the trainer since he only teaches us the basic skill and then use a lot of times to train our ability.  Moreover, he did not check our running skill individually since this is the most important thing I wanted to know.  Hope that I would complete this course without any severe hurt...

Last Satursday, my brother and sister-in-law came back to my home enjoying a super dinner.  This is the first time we join together after they get married...  This day is a good day we can share with each other about the events or health condition e.g. cough, cold ...happened during this month with happiness...

In this week, I am very very very...busy to work ....felt tired, exhausted ....since my boss will take a urgent leave in the coming 10 days and I had to prepare my work within this few days for his perusal.  Hope we can take a rest and enjoy the holiday happily....Ah...Ah...
